Context: H&M Group relied successfully on scale of economy to grow for 70 years. But with the waves of digitisation, globalisation and sustainability in the 2000’s, this approach began to falter. A new capability was needed to ensure the company was more future fit and able to meet consumers’ expectations,

Solution: We built an innovation studio that offered in-house human centred design services.

My Role: Design Lead, Team lead, Spatial Design Expert and Onboarding Designer.

Outcome: We grew from 5 to 21 multinational eclectic sustainability enthusiasts working in pioneering projects across E-commerce packaging, customer experience, assortment buying and inclusion and diversity.
